A really lovely hotel, very special and lovingly designed, and Sylvana is its heart.

During the Full Metal Mayrhofen Festival, I had the pleasure of staying at Sylvana's and her team's hotel, and I can sum up my experience with a quote from Frida Kahlo, whose portrait graces the charming boutique hotel and serves as the inspiration for its vibrant style: "Feet, what do I need you for when I have wings to fly?" At Sylvana's, you truly feel like you've been lifted to new heights! Whether it's the personal welcome, the delicious baked goods made by the owner herself, or the fantastic beds, everything happens with such ease that it makes your stay truly heavenly. The location was more than perfect for attending the festival, as the Europahaus and the Waldfestplatz (forest festival grounds) are just minutes away. Despite its central location, the hotel is quiet and an ideal retreat.

We stayed at Sylvanas Hotel during our Alpine crossing.

This hotel is incredibly charming, full of attention to detail, true to the Italian spirit, and brimming with warmth.

The welcome was super friendly and inviting.

The room was absolutely fantastic—cozy, stylish, and really spacious. There was even binoculars for watching chamois on the mountain.

We lacked for nothing. The hotel is idyllically situated a little away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a 5-minute walk from the center.

The hostess was incredibly warm and kind; we were even allowed to have breakfast before 7:30 a.m. so we could catch the early bus.

Breakfast was superb, offering regional products, fresh warm rolls, homemade peppermint syrup for the water, delicious coffee, homemade blueberry yogurt, and much more.

If you're looking for a small, personally run hotel away from the crowds but still close to everything, this is the place for you.

It was simply wonderful, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. Sylvana and her team are simply great.

Sylvana's Wohlfühl Hotel is a fantastic hotel in Mayrhofen. Walking distance to the main street and the skibus stops very close to the hotel. Very friendly staff, nice, cozy rooms and very good breakfast.

It's always wonderful to come back to you every year because it's not like going on holiday or a short trip; it's like coming home. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the rooms and breakfast, right up to the day you say goodbye. The friendliness of all the staff and the whole family makes you feel like you're part of their family. I'm already looking forward to the next time we can stay with you again, and best wishes to everyone!

I was hiking in the Zillertal valley and was impressed by the warm hospitality of Sylvana and her staff, as well as the quiet location at the edge of town with underground parking. A large hotel bar wasn't important to me, as there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The breakfast area was lovely. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom featured bright, modern tiles.

Many thanks again to Sylvana and her team for the excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel, not only for the charmingly furnished rooms and the superb breakfast buffet, but also for the friendly manner of the hostess and her team. We would love to return.

I only stayed one night at the then 'Garni Robert' during an Alpine crossing; I received an exceptionally warm welcome and would come back anytime.

Overall, he felt very comfortable and praised the friendly, competent staff who also helped with planning day trips; the only exception, according to the review, was the stale, hard pastries on Sunday morning.
