Our holiday apartment is located a 5-minute walk from Sylvana's Wohlfühl Hotel at Sportplatzstraße 334 in Mayrhofen.

What else should you know?
- Price information: All prices are in EURO, excluding local tax (€ 2,20 per day and person from 15 years) and final cleaning (€ 90,00).
- Local tax: Prices do not include local tax of € 2.20 per person per day (children up to 15 years do not pay local tax).
- Parking: 1 parking space in front of the apartment is provided free of charge.
- Arrival: Occupation of the room is possible from 16.00 hrs. In case of late arrival please let us know. One request: Let us know your approximate arrival time shortly before your arrival and come to Sylvana's Wohlühl Hotel Durst 254.
- Departure: On the day of departure the apartment is at your disposal until 09.00 am.
- Short stay surcharge: For stays of up to 3 days, we charge an additional € 10.00 per person per day.
- Dogs: Please note that pets are not allowed.

Payment: Please settle your bill in cash on the day of your arrival at the latest, we prefer prepayment via bank transfer.
- Cancellation conditions: The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. Cancellations of reservations are generally only accepted in writing. Up to 3 months before the start of the vacation no cancellation costs, up to 1 month before the start of the vacation we charge 40% of the total package price, from 1 week before the start of the vacation we charge 70% of the total package price and in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.
